Kevin loves giving back to the community and helping people develop the  Behavioral skills they need to survive and thrive in this changing world.

Kevin has lived through social inequality which includes income gap, gender inequality, health care, social class and racial discrimination.  Kevin’s journey took him from being an impoverished kid growing up in the inner city of San Bernardino, California to becoming a stellar athlete and scholar. 

 

Kevin received a full athletic scholarship to play basketball at San Jose State University.  He then played a season at California State Dominguez Hills before traveling to Europe to play professional basketball.  Kevin spent the first two seasons in France before playing his final season in Azerbaijan.

Kevin was an Assistant Coach with the San Jose State University Womens Basketball team. He is a successful head basketball coach at the middle school, high school, and junior college levels earning coach of the year in 2009.

​

He has worked in the mental health field for the past 22 years. Managing inappropriate behaviors that occur through the implementation of Behavior Interventions. Observe existing home situations and environments and provide feedback for improvement. He engages and builds alignment and relationships with parents, youth, and others in the normal course of working with the families. He utilizes strengths of youth, families, and others to assist in the implementation and achievement of goals and outcomes.

Kevin has made it his mission to help organizations and individuals understand behaviors plaguing children, student Athletes and adults in America and  worldwide.  

 

Kevin’s audiences have been composed of elementary students, college students, corporate CEOs, head coaches of sports teams, administrators and law enforcement.  Kevin has spoken to thousands of youth and adults throughout the United States, France, Aziberjain, Lithuania and Ukraine.  

 

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from San Jose State University and a Master of Education from Fort Hays State University.
